Tariff & Booking

All Bedroom prices at our luxury Kendal Guest House are £40 - £60 per person, per night and include a Full English Breakfast.

There will be a single supplement charge of between £15 - £20 per night.

Price includes all taxes.

Please note that we give priority to two night bookings at Weekends between April to September inclusive and three night bookings on Bank Holiday Weekends and Half Term Weekends.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We ask guests to arrive between 4.30 and 6.00pm but we will try and be flexible on this if given prior notification. It would be much appreciated if you would let us know your estimated time of arrival.
We ask guests to check out by 10.30am on the day of departure.
A deposit of £20 per room per night will be taken to secure your booking. We accept credit/debit cards or a cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs J. Strickland. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. There will be a surcharge of 2% for credit cards but debit cards will incur no extra cost. Once we have received the deposit, a confirmation will be sent by e.mail or post.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
It is advised that you check your own travel insurance details in advance of your trip to see if you are covered against cancellation charges.
If more than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, we will endeavour to re-let the room and if successful, we will return your deposit. If less than 48 hours notice is given, we will not return the deposit and you will be liable for the full balance. In the case of a cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try and re-let the room.
Unfortunately, despite loving animals, we are unable to take pets.
